Site Assessment

To yield a full understanding of the project site, client objectives and interconnection requirements. Site assessment services include pre-site analysis and planning, technology review and selection, utility interconnection requirements. SolarPlus will submit a preliminary bill of materials, procurement and construction plan, operations and maintenance plan. Upon agreement, we will then execute the necessary documents and proceed to next phase

Project Design & Implementation

After agreeing on the project documents, SolarPlus will prepare final designs, construction plans and schedules. We will not begin construction unless you are 100% satisfied with our design and construction plans.

For rooftop solar installations, SolarPlus uses only experienced professional roofing contractors. Our construction plans will be scheduled and designed to minimize, and in most cases completely eliminate, any disruption to the your facility’s operation.

Monitoring & Maintenance

Our primary goal for project maintenance is to maximize electrical output of the systems. The generation equipment and monitoring systems have no moving parts, are completely silent, and virtually maintenance free. Routine maintenance checks are scheduled semiannually and include system cleaning and overall evaluations. Site personnel will have access to real time monitoring of a system’s performance with historical data on electricity generated.
